The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of system-wide King Sisig, Bulalo World and Lechon Factory branding and promotional tactics, ensuring coordination and consistency of all activities.

  • Preferably a Graduate of Business / Marketing course
  • Experience in Brand Development and Management, Advertising and Promotion, and knowledge in Market Research and sales forecasting principles and methodologies in a fast food or restaurant set-up is an advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly proficient in computer applications
  • Creative and strategic thinker

QUALITY ASSURANCE AUDITOR

The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for the analysis and assessment, modification and manufacture of food products and processes, including the testing the safety and quality of food items both in commissary- and restaurant-level.

  • Graduate of BS Food Science, Food Technology and other similar courses
  • Has a one year of experience in commissary and restaurant quality management
  • Excellent analytical and supervisory skills
  • Willing to travel for restaurant audits
  • Highly proficient written and documentation skills
  • Knowledgeable in HACCP and other food safety management programs

TECHNICAL SYSTEMS OFFICER

The Technical Systems Officer is responsible for the analysis and assessment, modification and manufacture of food products and processes, including the testing the safety and quality of food items both in commissary- and restaurant-level.

  • Graduate of BS Food Science, Food Technology and other similar courses
  • Has a one year of experience in commissary and restaurant quality management

BRANCH AUDITOR

Position Code: FM-704

The Branch Auditor is in charge of performing a variety of general accounting support tasks such as updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable, and investigating questionable data and recommending actions to resolve discrepancies.

  • Graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Management
  • Experience in Computerized Accounting System in a fast food or restaurant set-up is an advantage
  • Above average written and oral communication skills
  • Highly adept in computer applications
  • Excellent analytical skills and has the ability to multi-task
  • Willing to travel for restaurant audits
